On Thursday, November 12th at 6:05 pm, this city lost the most memorable, authentic, lighthearted person you will ever meet. Lawrence Dauterive (AKA “Law”) died during a bank robbery gone wrong, EMS attempted to resuscitate him but were unsuccessful.
Law will be remembered for all the changes he brought to the city while he was mayor. While Law may no longer be with us, his legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of every citizen of Los Santos. Saying that Law lived a full life is an understatement, he brought joy to everyone he met and he always knew how to put a smile on someone’s face. Weazel News went out and interviewed Law’s friends and acquaintances to say a few words about him:

Even though he did a lot of crime he was still my best friend and at the end of the day, he was my brother. He was always the one who kept me acting “sane” in a sense. He helped me get off drugs and he was just a great guy in general. He’s always there when you need him, He’s always there to do whatever he can to help whoever he can.
