Today Weazel News received footage from an anonymous source. The video contains what seems to be Officer Billie Bizzie discharging his firearm at oncoming traffic. This situation seemed to have started by EMS responding to a call made by LSPD that involved two injured individuals, which soon led to Billie Bizzie shooting at a car passing by.
Why would Billie shoot at this innocent defenceless driver? Did he do it to intimidate the driver? Did he just do it for fun? Or has the stress of being a trooper for LSPD gotten to him? Should this man really be protecting the citizens of Los Santos?

Based on interviews it seems that some people completely despise Billie Bizzie. What some people have said about Billie describe him as just an awful person based on the way he treats people and just his actions in general. LSPD officers have a duty to protect and serve no matter what their rank is and discharging a gun on a highway for no reason at all not only looks bad on Billie but on all of LSPD. Billie Bizzie is a high-ranking officer in LSPD and he should be leading by example, What Billie says and does not only reflects on him but on the entire police force and it seems that Billie struggles to realize that.
