Pillbox Hill Medical Center is now writing prescriptions for oxycodone & oxycontin to help patients with their pain. These drugs are more powerful than anti-inflammatories and help with more severe pain. Not only is Pillbox introducing these new drugs but they are also bringing in some security measures to make sure the pills aren’t stolen.
All of the medications will be used under controlled prescriptions as well as Pillbox will not be housing them on-site, we will be receiving them in shipments. What’s nice about them is each prescription has the patient’s names on them so if for whatever reason the patient tries to sell the pills they can be traced back to them.

With doctors and EMS now having access to Oxycodone and Oxycontin, it should help patients have smoother and easier recoveries after going through more severe injuries.
