It started as a normal Fall night in the city of Los Santos for our investigative reporter Mia Dodson. After taking flight in the Weazel News helicopter, a ping of a store robbery in Paleto rang out and Mia decided to answer. After arriving late, our investigator was disappointed, but little did she know, this late arrival would lead to one of the biggest investigations in her early career.
As she turned her helicopter around to return to the city, Mia stumbled upon a rare sight. Two tow trucks later determined to belong to BBC Towing, were parked outside the location of Grapeseed known as “Grandma’s House”. After this curious scene, the thermal camera was turned on. Multiple heat signatures were seen inside the house, but no identities were able to be confirmed as no one exited the property.
Not thinking too much more of it, Mia returned to the city. Later that night, gunshot alerts rang out in the area of Bay City Avenue in a small Vespucci neighborhood by the beach. Upon arrival, two dark encolored vehicles were seen fleeing from the area. After following one vehicle with the license plate “SUBUWU” to Pink Cage, a man in a bright multicolor top and a mask was observed. This piece of information would be crucial later in the investigation. The car then sped off and visual was lost.
As Mia Dodson continued to follow these identified vehicles, it was apparent that her presence was unwanted. On two occasions, a man with an orange ponytail later confirmed to be Chizzy Banks of BBC, shot at our Weazel News helicopter. The shots clearly were made with the intent of bringing our chopper and its reporter down. Luckily, our reporters are all flight trained and able to get to safety away from the shooting and still continue to follow from a safe distance. But why would Mr. Banks shoot at our helicopter? What was he so afraid of our investigator seeing? The assailant traveled in a white Zentorno. This detail is important for the remainder of the night’s occurrences.
Even when LSPD officers showed to the shots fired alert, Chizzy Banks had no hesitation to shoot at the officers while he fled the scene.
After losing visual contact with the white Zentorno she was attempting to follow, Mia continued her night searching for other stories. Eventually, she made her way back to the Weazel News station where some uninvited guests were waiting. What vehicle was parked at the front entrance? The same while Zentorno Mr. Chizzy Banks was driving earlier. A red Feltzer sat outside the rear entrance of the building when all of a sudden, shots rang out. The individual was shooting at police that had just arrived in the area then sped off in an attempt to get away. Our helicopter kept eyes on the Feltzer and was able to report its location to LSPD. After a few minutes, police were able to apprehend the shooter a few blocks from the Weazel News station. Surprisingly, somehow the arrestee was able to escape the grip of police and fled on foot. A short foot chase ensued that lead back to the news building.
Fellow reporter, Felix Frost, was already at the station editing stories when the scene grew wild. While the same man in the colorful top and mask ran into the building, shots rang out behind the station. Once the scene came into view, Chizzy Banks was seen holding Frost hostage while targeting LSPD officers before being shot down himself. Who was the man in the colorful shirt you ask? Why no other than Mayoral candidate Richie Banks himself. Both were taken for medical attention and later placed under arrest.
After a long day of following said criminals, we thought our investigating was over. Little did Mia Dodson and fellow reporter Felix Frost know that they were to receive an anonymous tip at an all too well-known location. The tip led our reporters to the scene of the earlier multiple gunshot reports in Vespucci. After a short time walking around the area, a horrible smell permeated from one of the garages in the row home area near the beach. The garage was opened and a body was found.
Gunshot wounds muddled the victim’s body and pools of blood surrounded it flooding the area. The gruesome scene got worse when our investigators realized the legs of the victim had been viciously cut off. LSPD was immediately called to the scene.
We asked for a statement from the officers at the scene on Bay City Avenue where the dead body was located but have yet to receive any comment.
Chizzy Banks was arrested that night not for the murder of Mr. Robinson but for other multiple charges:
- Terroristic Acts
- Possession of an Illegal Firearm(s)
- Possession of Fake Identification
- Second Degree Attempted Murder
- Fine = $3,450
Though he was seen shooting at police officers and was placed under arrest, Richie Banks has not yet been charged with any crimes connected to this story. It was confirmed that he hired a lawyer to represent him.
Will the Banks Brothers be held responsible? Why was this horrific crime committed? Weazel News turns to the LSPD for answers in this investigation. The city of Los Santos clearly has barbaric criminals in its midst that need to be brought to justice!
The autopsy report of Dabrickashaw Robinson was obtained from public records. We warn all readers that this is very graphic and should be read with caution:
