Recently there has been a change in command at the LSPD. Officer Luke Stark was promoted to Chief Of Police, not only that but Bubba Buckberry a long-time friend of Luke Stark was promoted to deputy. Both men were selected by there fellow officers to be promoted. Weazel News was able to ask some questions to both Luke Stark and Bubba Buckberry.
When asked what makes you stand out compared to past police chiefs? Luke said this:
I have a lot of experience with police work, I’ve been doing this for over 25 years. I have the capability to work in several departments and I’m a respected cop, I used to be in the army.

When asked if any big changes would be coming to LSPD Luke Stark said that there will definitely be some big changes coming however he did not want to disclose any specific information. When asked if Luke Stark had anything that he wanted to say to the citizens of LS he said:
Stay out of trouble boys and girls, there’s a new chief in town.

Bubba Buckberry, the newest Deputy Chief of Police has been doing police work for as long as he can remember and he allowed Weazel News to ask him some questions. When we asked why he thinks he was chosen to be deputy he said this:
The reason I was picked? I believe it’s because of how good of a partnership I have with Luke and I think we’re going to work really well together as deputy and chief.

Bubba was then asked how he feels about Luke being the new chief of police.
Luke and I have a really great partnership, back in the days of BCSO we were partners together. He’s grown to be a great man, he’s gonna be a great chief too I’m very proud of him.

Weazel News asked Buckberry if there was anything he wanted to say to the citizens of LS and he said:
It’s time for a change.

Judging by the interview with Stark and Buckberry it seems that they are fully committed to protecting the city of Los Santos and they have big plans coming for LSPD.
