Los Santos has yet again seen another terrorist attack at Pillbox Hospital. The incident occurred around 4:00 pm EST on Friday, September 25th. At the time all of the LSPD was taking part in training and were completely unavailable. Alex Hayes approached civilians at Pink Cage motel and explained that 4 people were taken hostage by terrorists with bombs. When everyone arrived at Pillbox some people got a bit too close to the building and were taken hostage as well, one of these people was Alex Hayes. When the terrorists exited the building several civilians shot and incapacitated them, these civilians refused to be interviewed and fled the scene. Soon after the terrorists were down LSPD arrived with the bomb squad after a few minutes both bombs were safely deactivated.
Two LSPD officers were interviewed and we were given more information about the two bombs. One of the bombs was a simple timer bomb which was easy to deactivate. However, the second bomb was a dead set. This kind of bomb will be set off if the assailant releases the detonator, PD had to be fast with this bomb because the terrorist was losing a lot of blood and was soon going to pass out and release the detonator, however, the bomb squad did deactivate it in time. One of the hostages Isaac Callahan participated in an interview with reporter Felix Frost.
“Two men came into the ICU they had bombs strapped to their chests and demanded a lot of money, they said they would kill us if they didn’t get it. When they took Erin she triggered her panic button hoping the police would be there in no time, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes later there was no PD. I thought I was going to die.”

Luckily all the hostages in this situation came out unharmed however something to point out is that these terrorists were dressed almost the exact same as the last terrorists who attacked Pillbox Hospital not too long ago, there is a very high chance that these two attacks are connected.
It seems that terrorism is at an all-time high in Los Santos and Weazel News urges all citizens to stay with someone as much as possible when going around the city, this reduces the chance to get kidnapped.
