There have been a steady increase in impulsive crimes (unplanned crimes with no relationship between the offender and the victim) in the city of Los Santos in the last few weeks. If there is one thing that is common among these crimes, it is that most of them take place around the Pink Cage motel, a popular motel on Hawick Ave in Vinewood, Los Santos.
Since government decided to shut down the legion square as a hang out spot a few weeks ago, the motel have sort of become an unofficial hang out spot for a lot of citizens. Large number of citizens often gather outside of the motel as it is a good place to meet new people. However, this also has made the motel a good target for criminals.
On June 18th alone, there have been multiple instances of stabbing and shooting of residents and police officers. One police officer was stabbed in the courtyard of the model by a police impersonator. The impersonator was eventually shot down as other police officers responded. Both the officer and the impersonator were treated by the EMS and the impersonator was later taken into custody.
The same day, there was a huge shoot out near the motel that resulted in multiple injuries to the residents. The shooter was taken into custody eventually later that day. In another instance, an ex-cop tried to pull a gun on a on-duty police officers who was apprehending a suspect in the motel. Fortunately, the officer was able to discharge his firearm and neutralize before ex-cop was able to do any harm. The same cop was later stabbed near the motel. Fortunately, the officer had only minor injuries on the arm and was able to take down the stabber.

Given how frequently the crime occurs around the motel, Weazel News advises its readers to stay away from the area as much as possible. There is a lot more to explore in this city other than the Pink Cage motel.
