It started off as a quiet day oy on the block for the GSF. All of that changed very quickly when LSPD undercover vehicles rolled up on to Forum Drive. Lead by Lieutenant Burns and Lieutenant Max Anderssen, many officers swarmed the area covering all angles.
Recently, GSF members posted various pictures to Twitter of themselves holding high caliber weapons including four AK-47s, an LMG, and an SMG. This sparked the LSPD to request a search warrant of the known properties of GSF which was granted by Judge Clarkson.
After swooping in, the GSF members retreated inside their house on Forum Drive in an attempt to barricade themselves. That standoff did not last long as LSPD officers entered the building. Shots rang out which resulted in an officer suffering from minor injuries as well as GSF member Ryder Hunter needing medical attention from GSWs.
After speaking with Lt. Johnathon Burns, we learned the individuals placed under arrest were Kieran Jackson, Lamar Davis, Ryder Hunter, and Jordan Thomas. The following charges for the individuals included: Possession of Illegal Firearms, Resisting Arrest, and Aggravated Kidnapping. Apparently, Eleanor Taylor was also detained inside the house, but later released as she did not have any illegal items on her.
Lieutenant Burns stated:
We found one Tommy gun and a handful of other small firearms, but we did not locate any of the assault rifles or the LMG we were looking for.
Lt. Johnathon Burns
It appears the GSF have kept their large guns hidden from LSPD for now.
