Description: African American Male
Known Ballas Member, last seen wearing a purple varsity jacket and purple hat. Could be seen traveling in a purple vehicle.
Subject’s Charges: x1 Possession of an Illegal Firearm
#3 Chay McDouble
Description: Caucasian male, dark short hair – last seen wearing all black clothing. Should be considered armed and dangerous.
Subject’s Charges: Armed Robbery of a Bank, Aggravated Kidnapping, Evading. (Possibly involved in the kidnapping of 2 police officers on the separate situation)
#4 Tobe Lerone

Description: Latino male, dark hair with a handlebar mustache. Last seen wearing a LARGE Sombrero, blue jeans, yellow bandana around his neck, a beige jacket, and a white t-shirt.
Subject’s Charges: x1 Aggravated Kidnapping, x1 Felony Reckless Evading, x1 Brandishing a Firearm.
