What will this business/faction do? This Business will generate a area for people to come and race and show of there cars legally, instead of racing on the street. It will also generate RP and give work to our emergency services in the city, such as we will need mechanics if cars break down or crash, ems if anyone gets hurt and the police if anyone gets out of line.
What do you need to make this business/faction work? I will need way of purchasing so if I could make a payment plan or rent the property in my way. That way it wont be considered trespassing. I would also like to see about purchasing a food truck so that way when there is any big events that i will be able to provide food and water for everyone and be able to give someone a job to run the food truck. Also the watch tower if i could get a lock on the door and a storage box inside. Also I don't know if this is already a thing but if someone come's and sets up a race with out permission that the cops get notified for trespassing. Another big thing is advertising and organizing actual events so people show interest and have fun.
