Car Import Queue (How it all works!)

Hi everyone!
This post is being made to explain exactly how all the new car imports will work along with the donation system that will follow it.

To put it simply this package is you "buying an increased import priority" and it will work very similarly to how our queue priority works its just rather than a monthly payment, its a payment per request! You are not paying for the car itself, you do not have any control in its pricing, handling or exclusivity.

IMPORTANT NOTE
WE AIM TO ADD CARS IN WITHIN 7-14 DAYS, HOWEVER TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE REQUEST.​

The Process

1. Visit our store page and find the "Car Import Priority" package. Once you have purchased this and the payment has been confirmed you will need to go onto our discord, apollo would of sent you a DM with instructions on where to go and what to post your request in next!
2. Once this has been confirmed you will enter a discussion thread with the Development team about your car. We are aiming to get cars imported from within a week of initial purchase, however depending on the to-do list this may vary!
3. The car will be added into the server, automatically priced and imported into the appropriate dealership (super car, sports, normal or bike). Once this is in you and the dealer will be notified by an administrator. You are then able to go to that dealership and buy the car using in-game money you have accumulated.

Is this pay-2-win?
No, we are not interested in adding anything to our store which is classed as Pay-2-Win. The cars that are added in will be available for everyone to purchase - not just limited to the person who purchased the import.

Will the person paying for the import still have to pay for the car?
Yes, the car will still have to be purchased for the server-wide asking price. No exceptions will be made ensuring everyone has a fair chance of being able to get the vehicle.

Will these cars be limited?
That will be entirely dependant on the vehicle! In order to prevent everyone in the server from driving the same car we may put artificial (global) limits in place to restrict the amount of cars in garages at one time. However, just as stated previously - Nobody would be exempt from this including the buyer.

What vehicles are we limited to?
Before vehicles are added in they will undergo our standard performance and handling tests, these will deduce on if they get accepted onto the main branch or not (see last part for when not accepted).
We will only be asking for a vehicle model, however if you have a specific one in mind then you can let us know. We will not be able to add any of the following:

• ELS or Emergency based vehicles.
• Custom aircraft of any kind

In the case where we are unable to find the vehicle you requested we will attempt to gain contact with you to pick an alternative. If no alternative is agreed on we will issue a full refund to the buyer.

Great to see some way of adding custom vehicles!

Although I'm not expecting every car to simply get imported as there's a lot to getting them in the city. I know that important things as polycount and textures needs to be considered when importing cars and in worse cases they need to get modified to reduce lag if several of these were to be in the same location on the map.

We understand this and is why we ask all people that do purchase this priority to be patient with us. In the case that we are unable to find a model that is what we would class as "production level" we will offer a full refund if no agreed upon alternative is found!

Your not purchasing the car, your purchasing a queue spot for us to prioritise the car being added into the game.
The car is available to everyone in the dealerships.
