There has been a bit of changing about what you unlock at different levels of rep. Everything in this thread (apart from a secret or two maybe) is active on the main server and you will be able to access the features at the listed levels.
Crafting Recipes
All drugs have extra strains that are craft-able at different Reputation levels. They all have different buffs and street sale prices.
