For your application to be considered you must adhere to the following requirements:
  • Have been part of the community for two weeks or more!
  • Be older than 17+ years old
  • Must not have a punishment history within a month prior to the application being posted
  • Must have sole and regular access discord
  • You must be able to compose and hold yourself to a non-bias and professional opinion no matter the time of day or individual related
  • Must not share a GTA, FiveM or Discord account with another person
  • Must have played the server for a sufficient amount of time to know its depths and features
  • Must be willing to work as a team, share ideas and help the growth of the server

How do we decide on new staff members?
First of all, we only ever look for staff when we feel we need more team members. It is possible and likely that you will post an application and it will sit here for weeks (or even months) until a slot comes up for consideration.
When a slot does become available, we will look for applications that fill our requirements (timezone and playtime), we will also take skills and extra information into consideration for cases where we are looking for an individual to complete a very specific role (such as a new social media manager, etc). Once we have our shortlist of applications these will be passed onto an internal admin vote. All the applications that pass the internal administration vote are then passed on to a staff-wide vote (Moderators and Developers) - (Do not ask what you got in your vote, you are not allowed to know and shouldn't need to know).
If your application passes through both of these voting stages, an administrator or group manager will message you regarding your application and the next steps.

How can I speed my application up?
It's simple, you cant. We only look for applications when we need them. Messaging any staff member, mentioning (in or out of character) your application in any way or form will result in it being instantly denied, and in some places (such as IC) is terms for punishment.

I am high ranking in {faction} or {business} will this affect my chances?
Unfortunately, yes these factors are taken into consideration. Although not a sole decider; we do aim to keep our staff as impartial and community represented as possible. This does mean that we look for new staff from groups that are not already represented by members of the current staff team.
